Product Description:

Oracle Joint Venture Management is an Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite product that gives companies that engage in joint ventures the ability to manage the financial transactions related to the joint ventures. It enables managing partners to distribute amounts associated with a joint venture according to each partner’s ownership percentage defined in the joint operating agreement. It also enables them to bill and pay partners for their share of the cost and revenue. For nonoperated joint ventures, it enables partners to manage the costs associated with the joint venture and make payments to the managing partner.

With Joint Venture Management, companies can:

Store, track, and control the terms and conditions of the joint operating agreement
Shorten the time to close the financial books with automated, streamlined, and reliable joint venture processes
Improve cash flow with accurate and auditable joint venture partner invoicing
Engage in joint ventures with global partners with the ability to create invoices in multiple currencies
