Vidya Nagaraj

Vidya Nagaraj

Vice President, Education Product Management and Services

Vidya leads the Product Management and Services teams at Oracle University, taking global ownership of curriculum rollout, content production, and development of digital training.

With over 25 years of experience spanning software development, technical training, and instructional design, Vidya first joined Oracle in 1995 and became instrumental in setting up training programs and processes to establish the Oracle Development Centers in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Vidya is a member of the Oracle India Management Group, community leader for Oracle Women’s Leadership in India, and a member of the Oracle Women’s Executive Steering committee.

Muriel Rebello

Director, Managed Cloud

Muriel Rebello leads the Global E-business Suite Change Management function in Managed Cloud in OCI.

She started her career as a Software Developer and joined Oracle in 2000. Her career spanned several roles and domains, from being an Apps DBA, to taking various roles in Operations of managing different technologies like E-business Suite, Exadata, GBU, and also being a Quality Leader in Managed Cloud Services.

She believes in being open to explore and learn. She participates in initiatives to motivate women in Oracle.

Senior Manager, Major Incident and Change Management

Jyothi leads the Major Incident Management team for Oracle Asia Pacific. She is adept at developing high-performing teams with Agile/DevOps methodologies, and strongly believes teams perform better when they understand their contribution to the big picture.

Since her journey at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure began, Jyothi’s career and family life have blossomed. Along the way she’s learned the power of diverse perspectives, setting boundaries, and building her brand—all three of which have helped her become the successful leader she is today.

Sumi Joseph

IT Senior Principal Consultant, Managed Cloud

Sumi is an IT senior principal consultant with Oracle Managed Cloud Services. Having began her career at Oracle in 2009 as a HCM consultant, Sumi diversified into healthcare technology, before taking up a lead role in our Global Change Management team.

Sumi joined OCI in 2019. Today, she continues to play multiple roles including program management, customer management, and metrics analyst. She is committed to mentoring others and is a regular industry panelist. Sumi believes it’s important to introspect what your career goals are and create a timeline to achieve them, but always “Be willing to let go of the good to get the best."

Senior Business Implementation Analyst

With 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Richa started her career as a web application developer. Working alongside our business leaders helped her realize that she was passionate about more than just software; to get a deeper understanding of how we impact customers, she became a business analyst.

Richa wears lots of hats; proudly labelling herself a mother, homemaker, cook, teacher, and mentor, to name a few. Juggling these roles has taught her how to simultaneously manage complexity and make her life simpler. “I’ve learned to choose the present over the perfect—and that asking for help actually makes you stronger.”

Software Development Director

Prasad Subramanian is a director of engineering at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where he leads engineering teams that build and operate services for containerized workloads. Prior to this leadership role, Prasad worked across several teams at Oracle in the application server space.

A proud advocate for women in tech, Prasad’s career at Oracle has taught him that diverse perspectives make our teams stronger and our ideas better.
