Safexpress Pvt. Ltd. is a market and knowledge leader in the Indian supply chain and logistics industry. Safexpress used a legacy tool to monitor system performance but it was rudimentary and took days to identify problems due to the lack of transparency. To achieve 24/7 business operation, Safexpress needed an automated monitoring platform to rapidly resolve performance issues and minimize interruption to delivery service.

Execution

Safexpress worked with the Oracle development team across geographies to provide feedback for Oracle Management Cloud features when the product was at the development stage. With the support from Oracle, Safexpress successfully deployed Oracle Application Performance Monitoring Cloud Service with Oracle Log Analytics Cloud Service within three months.
