Yes. The Oracle Cloud Innovation Accelerator program encourages applications from universities around the world.
Oracle is keen to support educators from all disciplines who are teaching higher education students to harness the power of cloud computing. Also, we want to jump-start university-affiliated entrepreneurs in their development of cloud-based software solutions.
This program is aimed at research projects with high-performance computing requirements that have the potential to profoundly impact people’s lives within the next five years. Special consideration will be given to research projects that are joint efforts across multiple universities and institutions.
Applications are reviewed and processed on a rolling basis. We typically respond within two to three business days once we receive applications.
Here's the general flow:
Your professor, instructor, or lead researcher must apply to enter the program. Once the application is accepted, you can access the Oracle Cloud credits.
Awarded credit amounts will vary depending on the proposal and usage requirements documented in the proposal.
