VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019
AIA for Communications is an Oracle Communications Solutions Integration frame work that includes pre-built integrations using standard integration patterns, business processes, orchestration logic, and common objects and services that enable seamless interaction with Oracle Applications. The packaged integrations provide business and functional flows that map to key business processes in the domain of operations support system and business support systems for a communication service provider. The integrations interface across Siebel CRM, Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM), and Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) to automate order to cash to care business processes.
The Oracle Communications Order to Cash pre-built integration consists of these options:
