If you need to cancel for any reason, you must notify us in writing by Friday, April 8, 2016 for a refund of your conference fee. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations after Friday, April 8, 2016 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing authorization to us at email@example.com.
All cancellations must be received via e-mail sent to the Modern Marketing Experience Registration Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Full Refund: Cancellations must be received by 11:59 p.m. (PST) Friday, April 8, 2016.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. (PST) Friday, April 8, 2016.
- Refunds will not be issued for group passes purchase codes at any time.

- Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

Oracle reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason. If Oracle cancels your registration, Oracle will provide a full refund.
Substitutions may be requested by sending an e-mail to the Modern Marketing Experience Registration Team at email@example.com the names of both the original and substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than Friday, April 22 at 11:59 p.m. PST. After this date, substitutions will be processed onsite only with written approval by the original registrant, which may cause notable delay in the check-in process.

To take advantage of this discount offer, please email support at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide registration support with names, e-mail address, and which experiences your group will primarily be attending. Please note that the minimum number of attendees needed to receive the discount will need to register no later than 11:59 p.m. (PST) Friday, April 8, 2016. If you have less than 4 from your group registered after April 8, 2016, the discount will be removed and your group will be charged the full conference rate. If you have less than 8, your group will only receive the $250 discount and your credit card will be charged the difference.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, including Super Early Bird pricing.
How do I register and pay?
To register and pay please proceed to our registration portal. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once you submit your registration. If you are required to pay via any other method, please contact Modern Marketing Experience by e-mailing email@example.com. The registration office will help you complete your registration.
How do I collect my conference badge on site?
Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you to collect your conference credentials to the conference registration desk on site, located on Level 1 of the MGM Grand Conference Center. Exact hours will be communicated closer to the event.
What is included in my conference pass?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, continuing education sessions, refreshments and lunch during the daytime sessions.
Is there an additional charge for Academy training?
No. Oracle Marketing Cloud Academy training is included in your Modern Marketing Experience full conference pass. Admission to courses is on a first come, first served basis.
Does the conference pass include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
No. All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.
What if I lose my badge?
If you lose your badge, you will need to go the registration desk and will be provided a new conference badge. You will be charged $150 for the replacement badge.
What if I need a work visa to attend Modern Marketing Experience 2016?
