Blanc came to Oracle following the company's acquisition of Hyperion in 2007, when he joined as EMEA vice president for business intelligence and enterprise performance management. Before joining Oracle, he served as vice president for EMEA at Hyperion, where he was a member of that company's global executive committee. Blanc first joined Hyperion in 1996 as managing director of operations in France, working his way up to become vice president for southern Europe in 1998 and eventually vice president for EMEA in 2000.

He is also responsible for the interaction with Oracle’s product development teams.Sutherland joined Oracle in 1995, and has more than 30 years’ experience in emerging technologies and their application to business challenges. His specific expertise is in the design of solutions incorporating mobile and internet technology.
Immediately prior to joining Oracle, Sutherland established a high tech company that developed technological solutions to the problems of the sensory-impaired. The company received prestigious innovation awards from the Department of Trade and Industry.
Before this he was deputy director of the Centre for Speech Technology Research, a research and development consultancy attached to the University of Edinburgh. During his time there, Sutherland helped win and subsequently oversaw the development of projects in commerce, industry, and the public sector.
In 1988, Sutherland designed the UK’s first parallel-processing speech-recognition system. Based on parallel processors, it operated in real time. Under his management, this technology was successfully applied to problems encountered in aviation, medical reporting, and police reporting.
Sutherland has contributed more than 15 technical publications on multimedia and business issues, including entries in a major encyclopedia. He holds a first-class BSc in electrical and electronic engineering from Edinburgh University, a PhD in digital-signal processing, and an MBA in workflow analysis. Sutherland is also a chartered engineer.
Senior Vice President, Product Development, Enterprise Performance Management, Oracle
Matt Bradley is currently the Senior Vice President, Product Development for Enterprise Performance Management at Oracle. Matt is an experienced executive with global hands on experience running large and small teams in product strategy and engineering. His current role covers Oracle's EPM footprint - Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Consolidation and Management Reporting, delivering both SaaS based solutions as well as for the more traditional on premise based deployments. He joined Oracle in 2007 as part of Oracle's Hyperion acquisition. As a VP, Product Development at Hyperion Matt helped lead the charge in establishing Hyperion as the market leader within EPM. Prior to joining Hyperion in 2000 Matt held several development lead positions at various Medical Information companies supporting EMR, Casemix Analysis, Decision Support and related subjects. Matt and his family moved from Ireland to the Bay Area back in 1993.
Matt holds a degree in Computer Science from Queens University, Belfast. After graduating in 1989 he started his career in information technology at Oracle.

Ashish is the Vice President for Oracle Cloud and responsible for product strategy and driving the global transformation and growth of Oracle Cloud Platform portfolio consisting of AI Platform, Blockchain, IoT, Integration, App Dev, Containers/Serverless, Mobile, and Chatbots. He also leads Oracle's global initiative for growing engagement and adoption of Oracle Cloud Platform with developers. Prior to Oracle, he was General Manager for the technology incubator at Bertram Capital, a private equity firm, where he incubated and launched four Cloud startups focused on DevOps. Ashish was also the Chief Marketing Officer at NuoDB, a cloud database company. He has also held various product and marketing leadership roles at Sales Force and Symantec.

Vikas Anand is Vice President, Product Management for Integration products portfolio at Oracle. He leads overall product management & strategy for Oracle Integration, Process, API Management, APIARY, MFT/B2B and Integration Analytics Cloud Services. Since joining Oracle in 2003, Mr. Anand has held various positions in product development, product management and strategy positions in different geographies.
Prior to Oracle, Mr. Anand has worked in product & project development, and IT in Fortune 100 firms. Amanda St L Jobbins is the Vice President, Demand Generation & Marketing EMEA/APAC of Oracle’s international markets in EMEA, Japan and Asia Pac. Amanda is a well-known international technology marketer having formerly been the Global CMO of the Sage Group, Plc and having worked for many years in global and field leadership positions in Silicon Valley and internationally. She has worked for, among others, Cisco, IBM, EMC and Symantec. In addition to marketing, Amanda is also the Vice President of Oracle’s Digital Demand Generation and Business Development teams leading hub based organizations all over the world focusing on reimagining Oracle’s customer experience approach through a combination of digital and physical engagements.
Amanda speaks on business issues, industry technology trends, marketing leadership, diversity and has keynoted at the London Business School, Web Summit on Brand, the Economist forums and Gartner events among many others. Amanda has a degree in Business Administration and German Language and Literature from the University of Hull, England. She has also studied at Stanford, Rice University and MIT on their executive programs. Kash serves as the Vice President, Product and Strategy of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Prior to joining Oracle, Kash led the product strategy, business development, sales and GTM at PLUMgrid, a leading SDN startup. VMware acquired PLUMgrid in 2016. Prior to PLUMgrid, Kash was Head of Dell Network Business Development and Sales for North America. Under his leadership, the size of Dell’s networking team doubled within one year and achieved more than 50 percent year-over-year sales revenue growth. Kash came to Dell as a result of the acquisition of Force10 Networks, where he was VP of Sales, BusDev & Strategy for the Americas and contributed significantly to Force10’s data center strategy and product direction. He built the company’s sales and systems engineering team, diversifying the business by developing a channels field organization, and leading Force10 to its largest sales revenue growth and consequent acquisition by Dell.
Previously, Kash served at Cisco for seven years in lead roles in customer advocacy, sales/product engineering and sales management. During this time, he helped design some of the largest data centers and complex enterprise networking environments for Fortune 500 companies. Kash holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and from UC Berkeley’s Haas Business School. He earned his MS degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

Ismail Khaled is Vice President of Oracle Digital leading the Applications business for East, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (ECEMEA) and currently he is managing organisation of 280 sales professionals with 40 managers and directors on different levels.
During the last 21 years working in Oracle, Ismail got a wide industry knowledge including Financial Services (Banking and Insurance), Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Telecom and Public sector. In 2014, Ismail joined Oracle Direct in Dubai taking full responsibility of the ECEMEA Application Business with the goal to substantially develop the Oracle cloud (SaaS) business and rapidly accelerating its growth. In 2006, Ismail commenced his managerial experience within Oracle starting from Public sector sales manager till he was promoted to be country leader in June 2011. As Technology & Saudi Country Leader, Ismail managed to grow the Oracle Tech line of business by almost 100% in three years and made Saudi Arabia one of the top performing countries in the whole region.
With the success achieved in the first year for him with Giza systems he got the opportunity to join Oracle Systems Ltd. in Egypt as account manager selling Oracle products (Tech and Applications) to public sector then moved to manage Telecom industry. In 2003, Ismail moved to Saudi Arabia working as account manager for different industries (Telecom, PS, Financial services and Oil & Gas). Ismail started working in the IT industry in 1995 in Egypt as Account Manager with Giza Systems (Local system integrator in Egypt). Khaled Ismail graduated in 1994 from Cairo University faculty of Engineering.
Vice President, Applications Strategy and Sales Development, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Oracle
Karine Picard joined Oracle in 2008 to lead the enterprise performance management and government risk and compliance sales development team, focusing on key strategies and plans to grow Oracle’s business across EMEA. In 2015, Karine also began managing the sales development teams for ERP and human capital management, and has supported the acceleration of Oracle’s SaaS application platform. In 2017 she was asked to take over the entire EMEA strategy and sales development team including the customer experience portfolio. In 2018, Karine also became the Oracle Applications leader for the French market.
Karine has a strong background in performance management applications that started 15 years ago when she was implementing financial information systems for large French enterprises. Prior to joining Oracle, she worked as a senior sales consultant and senior product manager on Hyperion financial management applications. And at SAP, she led the EMEA EPM presales team.
Originally from Lyon, France, Karine went to business school in Paris, graduating with a BA in accounting and finance. She has lived in Paris for the past 25 years and is passionate about fashion, Italian cuisine, and world travel. She practices French boxing and yoga to release stress and stay in shape.
