Pre-built Virtual Machine for SOA Suite


Please note that this appliance is for testing purposes only, as such it is unsupported and should not be used in production environments.

This VirtualBox appliance contains a fully-configured, ready-to-use SOA Suite installation.

All you need is to install Oracle VM VirtualBox on your desktop/laptop and import the SOA Suite appliance and you are ready to try out SOA Suite -- no installation and configuration required!

The following software is installed in this VirtualBox image:

  • Oracle Linux (64-bit) EL 6 Update 8
  • Oracle Database, Enterprise Edition
  • Oracle SOA Suite (includes Service Bus, B2B, Oracle Enterprise Scheduler (ESS) and Business Activity Monitoring)

  • Oracle Cloud Adapter for Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Oracle Cloud Adapter for Oracle Sales Cloud

Download and install Oracle VM VirtualBox. Dependant on your download speed, download the 8 parts of the appliance or the already combined Integration_12. appliance below.

Download an MD5sums utility if you are using Windows to check your downloads were successful. On Mac, open a terminal window and type: md5 <filename> On Linux, type: md5sum <filename>

Unless you downloaded the Integration_12. file, you will need to combine the 8 parts above using 7zip or 7z to create the original Integration_12. file that you will import into your VirtualBox manager.
