Jim Dwyer

Jim Dwyer

Senior Vice President, GHRIS, MetLife

Jim leads the global HR operations organization that is responsible for designing, implementing and ensuring the operational integrity of MetLife’s HR systems, processes and data. The team is responsible for delivering innovative and compliant global technology platforms that support business growth, world-class talent management and enable the deployment of global processes. Jim recently led the implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud, Global Compensation, North American Payroll, and BiPaaS Analytics for 45 countries and ~ 58,000 employees. Jim came to MetLife in 2006 from Citigroup, where he was Executive Vice President of Architecture and Integration for all HR systems and processes and related applications that supported approximately 365,000 workers in over 100 countries. Prior to Citigroup, Jim was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Principal Consultant working with Fortune 50 corporations to implement global systems.

Michelle Norman

Vice President, Global Total Rewards, Mary Kay

Michelle currently serves as Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Mary Kay Inc. and is responsible for the global functions of Compensation, Benefits, HR Technology and Organizational Effectiveness (which includes Employee Training and Development, Organization Development, Communications, and Recognition). Prior to this role, she held a variety of positions at Mary Kay including Vice President, Human Resources where she led the International HR function focused on all aspects of HR in more than 30 countries. Michelle also held the position of General Manager, Mary Kay United Kingdom where she was responsible for all business operations as an expatriate in London, England. Prior to working at Mary Kay Inc., Michelle worked in several roles in Human Resources at Texas Instruments.

Randy Rothschiller

Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, TrueBlue

Randy Rothschiller is responsible for global human resources at TrueBlue. He is charged with leading strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain the organizational capability needed to fuel the company’s growth plans while ensuring HR operations run effectively and efficiently.

Prior to joining TrueBlue in 2016, Randy’s career of more than 30 years has a blend of operational and human resources experience. His human resources expertise spans more than 20 years gaining experience with organizations including Michaels, Garden Ridge, JoAnn, and Savers. Over the past two decades he has utilized his experience in developing and implementing strategies to align the employee experience to the core objectives of each organization’s mission. This includes collaborating with the executive team to implement job architecture, deploying talent acquisition strategies, identifying and preparing future leaders, implementing solutions-focused accountability, strengthening the culture and driving results through employee engagement, increasing new hire success and retention, and measuring the employee lifecycle. HCM technology has played a key role to facilitate attraction, development, rewards, and retention strategies, as well as effectively and efficiently manage HR operations.

Randy earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees (Economics, and French Language and Literature) from the University of Puget Sound.

Senior Vice President of Strategic Services and CIO, Camden Property Trust

Kristy is responsible for information technology, innovation, marketing, and Camden’s Contact Center. Before joining Camden, Kristy was director of sales and customer service for, an e-commerce company that offers luxury goods and corporate gifts. Prior to, Kristy spent three years implementing, training, and managing support for IT systems at Browning Ferris Industries (BFI) and nine years at a multi-family management company, where she worked on site and in the corporate offices as an internal auditor, technical trainer, and help desk manager.
