Gretchen Alarcon is Group Vice President for Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud software where she is responsible for product management, development and go-to-market initiatives that help businesses around the world modernize their HR practices through the adoption of Oracle's HCM cloud apps. Additionally, Alarcon acts as a thought leader, highlighting trends and strategic initiatives in business transition to the cloud. With over 20 years experience in product strategy, Alarcon has taken her knowledge of the industry to showcase the importance of modernization in Core HR, Talent Acquisition and HR Data Analytics, through the integration of cloud apps. Together with her team, she forecasts Future of Work movements and delivers initiatives to businesses to protect their bottom line.

John Boudreau is a professor at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and Center for Effective Organizations.

Boudreau, Ph.D. is much sought after by organizations, businesses, and the academic world for his insight and innovation in the fields of Human Resources, Human Capital Management, and Executive Development.
Dr. Boudreau is Research Director for USC’s Center for Effective Organizations and Professor of Management and Organization at Marshall School of Business. Senior Vice President, Applications Development, Oracle
Chris Leone is senior vice president of development for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, including Oracle Global HR Cloud and Oracle Talent Management Cloud. In this role, Leone is responsible for the strategy, product management, product development, and product go-to-market functions that deliver modern HR in the cloud to global users. Recently, he was named #16 on Business Insider’s Most Important People in Cloud Computing list.
For more than 20 years, Leone has developed enterprise software applications for large and midsize companies. He came to Oracle via its acquisition of PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for the product management activities for the company’s financial and project management and enterprise performance management product lines. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Leone was vice president of products at Hyperion, where he was responsible for business performance management applications.
Leone earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
Vice President, Global Total Rewards, Mary Kay
Michelle currently serves as Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Mary Kay Inc. and is responsible for the global functions of Compensation, Benefits, HR Technology and Organizational Effectiveness (which includes Employee Training and Development, Organization Development, Communications, and Recognition). Prior to this role, she held a variety of positions at Mary Kay including Vice President, Human Resources where she led the International HR function focused on all aspects of HR in more than 30 countries. Michelle also held the position of General Manager, Mary Kay United Kingdom where she was responsible for all business operations as an expatriate in London, England. Prior to working at Mary Kay Inc., Michelle worked in several roles in Human Resources at Texas Instruments.
SVP of Strategic Services and CIO, Camden Property Trust
Kristy is responsible for information technology, innovation, marketing, and Camden’s Contact Center. Before joining Camden, Kristy was director of sales and customer service for Ashford.com, an e-commerce company that offers luxury goods and corporate gifts. Prior to Ashford.com, Kristy spent three years implementing, training, and managing support for IT systems at Browning Ferris Industries (BFI) and nine years at a multi-family management company, where she worked on site and in the corporate offices as an internal auditor, technical trainer, and help desk manager.
