Health and Wellness

Rise early to get your body and mind ready for impactful days at the conference. Starting Tuesday, March 24, each morning at 6:30am you can join customized workouts led by certified personal trainers.

Group Runs

Participants will warm up and stretch together before departing for a 30-minute guided run designed to increase your energy and improve your mood while seeing Chicago’s sites. The five-mile scenic course route will include Buckingham Fountain, Soldier Field, the Museum Campus, and beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. You’ll end the run with a brief cool down routine. In the case of inclement weather, runs will be held indoors at McCormick Place.

  • Thursday, March 26 at 6:30am: Group run starting at McCormick Place Lobby

HIIT Workout

Join other attendees for a one-hour High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session on hump day. A personal trainer will lead participants through a series of strength training exercises with cardio bursts to increase metabolism and burn fat. All levels are welcome; the trainer will modify or progress every exercise to match the capability of each participant.
