Jenny Griffiths is the founder of Snap Tech, an intelligent fashion matching technology for enterprise retailers and publishers needing to increase online platform profitability, satisfy consumer purchase intent, and improve digital customer experience. Jenny invented the original computer vision algorithms powering Snap Tech whilst studying for her Masters in Computer Science at Bristol University, with the ambition of changing the way that people search online; shifting user behaviour from the keyboard to the camera.
A bit of a veteran in the AI world, Jenny has been scaling the company for over 7 years, with Snap Tech HQ being based in London. She has received a number of awards for her work with Snap Tech, from being named in Forbes’ Top 50 Women in Tech in the World 2018, to receiving an MBE for her Services to Innovation in the Digital Fashion Industry in Queen's Birthday Honours List 2015.
Senior Vice President, Applications Development, Oracle
Rick Jewell is senior vice president of Oracle Applications development. Jewell has been with Oracle since 1989 and has overall responsibility for Oracle’s supply chain management applications. In addition, his responsibilities include Oracle's recent acquisitions in supply chain, specifically the transportation management, demand planning, advanced planning and scheduling, and product lifecycle management products.
Prior to Oracle, Jewell spent nine years with a large global systems integrator and he also served as CIO for a Bay Area-based medical-device manufacturing company. Jewell is a graduate of Stanford University, where he received a BA in economics and an MS in industrial engineering.
Senior IT Portfolio Manager, Supply Chain, Land O'Lakes
Erika Johnson has been with Land O’Lakes for seven years holding various leadership positions supporting business functions ranging from sales and marketing to supply chain. Erika is currently an IT Portfolio Manager, focused on activating and managing a $30 million portfolio of projects for Land O’Lakes Supply Chain. This includes efforts focused on extending the use of Oracle’s Logistic Cloud to make the lives of supply chain professionals more efficient and more productive. Prior to Land O’Lakes Erika held positions in demand planning, sales, marketing and strategy at Bobcat Company, Doosan Equipment, and Ingersoll Rand. These early roles are where Erika nurtured and developed a passion for process efficiency and optimization.
Senior Director, Global SIOP, HarbisonWalker International
Ms. Elizabeth McGuire is the Senior Director of Global SIOP at HarbisonWalker International (HWI). In this role, Ms. McGuire is responsible for overseeing the implementation of SIOP along with leading the transition of the End to End Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing through the implementation of Oracle Cloud. During her tenure, Ms. McGuire has implemented several improvements to the organization’s Supply Chain function. These improvements include implementing a demand-driven replenishment system for the end-to-end supply chain; designing a data driven SIOP process; developing a product wheel planning; and instituting a talent management strategy to foster organizational and professional development of the company’s planning professionals.
Ms. McGuire has 20+ years of Supply Chain experience. She has held past positions including Global Sr. Manager of Operations and Supply Chain Transformation, Global Supply Planning Manager, Order Fulfillment Manager, Demand and Supply Chain Manager as well as Purchasing and Manufacturing Manager. The common thread throughout her career has been the ability to redesign complexity out of multidimensional supply chains while improving inventory and customer metrics. Author, Zone to Win and Business Strategy Expert
Geoffrey Moore is an author, speaker, and advisor who splits his consulting time between start-up companies in the Mohr Davidow and Wildcat Venture Partners portfolio and established high-tech enterprises, most recently including Salesforce, Microsoft, Autodesk, F5Networks, Gainsight, Google, and Splunk.
Moore's life's work has focused on the market dynamics surrounding disruptive innovations. His first book, Crossing the Chasm, focuses on the challenges start-up companies face transitioning from early adopting to mainstream customers. It has sold more than a million copies, and its third edition has been revised such that the majority of its examples and case studies reference companies come to prominence from the past decade. Moore's most recent work, Zone to Win, addresses the challenge large enterprises face when embracing disruptive innovations, even when it is in their best interests to do so. It's time to stop explaining why they don't and start explaining how they can. This has been the basis of much of his recent consulting.
Irish by heritage, Moore has yet to meet a microphone he didn't like and gives between 50 and 80 speeches a year. One theme that has received a lot of attention recently is the transition in enterprise IT investment focus from Systems of Record to Systems of Engagement. This is driving the deployment of a new cloud infrastructure to complement the legacy client-server stack, creating massive markets for a next generation of tech industry leaders.
Moore has a bachelors in American literature from Stanford University and a PhD in English literature from the University of Washington. After teaching English for four years at Olivet College, he came back to the Bay Area with his wife and family and began a career in high tech as a training specialist. Over time he transitioned first into sales and then into marketing, finally finding his niche in marketing consulting, working first at Regis McKenna Inc, then with the three firms he helped found: The Chasm Group, Chasm Institute, and TCG Advisors. Today he is chairman emeritus of all three.
North American Transportation Optimization Lead, Mondelēz International
Rob Owen is a Transportation and Supply Chain process and systems expert with over 25 years of global experience. He is passionate about design, and believes good design applies directly to logistics where it can drive leaps in process simplification. Guided by a notion that COMPLEXITY is the true enemy of modern supply chains, Rob is a rare supply chain professional, comfortable buried in code or on a loading dock. He has spent a career in "the business" as a bridge with Information Systems teams managing complex order fulfillment processes that span functional silos and systems.
Rob is currently North American Transportation Optimization Lead for Mondelēz International, a global snacks powerhouse with brands such as Cadbury, Nabisco, Lu, Milka, Sour Patch, Tates, and Toblerone. He has also held senior positions at Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson. He currently oversees the company’s OTM platform and peripheral solutions across a complex array of plants, external manufacturers, buffers, DCs, branches, cross-docks and cross-border operations. He is directly responsible for deep, network-wide cost compression and productivity. Rob recently led the corporation’s re-implementation of on-premise OTM to SaaS.
