The Exhibit Experience at Modern Customer Experience will transport attendees along an engaging customer journey from awareness through proactive support. You’ll connect with Oracle experts and partners, and be treated to other engaging experiences like the Inspire Lounge and CX Hero Hub. The Exhibit Experience hours are:

Customer journeys are not linear—they could start or end anywhere so you must empower whoever gets to the customer first. At the Exhibit Experience you will learn about the Oracle CX platform and how it connects the customer journey to marketing, service, sales, and commerce.
The demo area will host two mini theaters where Oracle speakers and partner luminaries will deliver high-energy 20-minute theater sessions throughout the conference.
In the Inspire Lounge, you’ll be part of stimulating TED Talk-style presentations, interactive Q&A sessions, plus book signings and meet and greets with authors.
