Oracle Helps HR Leaders Streamline Recruiting, Grow Talent Pools, and Enhance the Candidate Experience with New Talent Marketplace Partnerships

For HR leaders looking to attract top talent, getting the application process right is critical. Organizations that don’t get this right risk missing out on highly qualified candidates, while a quick, easy, and streamlined application process can increase completion rates and provide access to a larger pool of qualified talent.

To help our customers attract and retain the very best talent, and deliver a positive candidate experience, we’ve added ‘Direct Apply’ as a new partner category for Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting, part of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). To do this, we’re partnering with leading talent marketplaces, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Vivian, and Bayt, to enable candidates to quickly and easily apply for jobs with a simplified application process. These partnerships and the new Direct Apply functionality enable organizations to:

  • Streamline the application process: Candidates can now complete the entire job application using their existing marketplace profiles without leaving the partner’s job marketplace or re-entering information. This not only helps candidates save valuable time, but importantly it also helps organizations minimize drop-offs.
  • Grow talent pools: Organizations can attract quality talent from leading talent marketplaces including Indeed and LinkedIn, and specialized industry and region-specific talent marketplaces such as Vivian and Bayt. This helps organizations access the largest possible talent pools and target hard-to-find skill sets.
  • Improve the candidate experience: Candidates can quickly apply for jobs without leaving the partner’s site, and stay informed of their application status with automatic updates pushed directly to the partner talent marketplaces for easier visibility. This helps organizations keep candidates engaged and deliver a more positive candidate experience.
