				<h2>Upcycling trash into opportunity</h2>
				<p>For densely populated cities like Lagos, plastic and other waste are an environmental challenge. Brother–sister duo Olawale Adebiyi and Bilikiss Adebiyi-Abiola saw an opportunity to turn that challenge into a work program by cofounding Wecyclers. Since 2014, Oracle has supported their enterprise which encourages community members to collect recyclable garbage in exchange for money or essential goods—changing both the Lagos landscape and residents’ lives. </p>
