Questions
Are you ready to explore the new Aconex and Conject Support Portal for Aconex, Conject, BidContender, and Keystone users? The portal is open for users to review today, but note that you won’t be able to submit new Service Requests (SRs) through the portal or the enhanced Ask a Question form until November 16, 2020. If you plan to use the portal, follow the steps outlined below to get ready. Remember you’ll still be able to call us or create new SRs via the Ask a Question form without having to log in to the portal.

To save you time, the email address you use to login to the cloud service has been added to the Support portal. All you need to do to login to the portal is to create an Oracle account. If you already have an Oracle account with that same email address, then you are ready to login.

Step 1: Create your Oracle account using the same email address you use to access the Aconex, Conject or BidContender application; if you don’t already have one:

  • Complete all required fields, then click the Create Account button
  • An email will be sent to verify your email address
  • Click on the “Verify Email Address” button to complete the account creation process
Step 2: Login to the Oracle Aconex and Conject Support Portal
  • Once you have an Oracle account, no other account creation or activation is required
  • User Types
