Dev.java is the official website for the Java Platform built by the stewards of Java at Oracle. You can find hundreds of tutorials for all skill levels, information about our programs, a news feed, and the Java Playground online REPL.
But one thing has been missing, and that's you, our community. That's why in September we announced that we are now taking contributions to Dev.java, through pull requests to our new public repo in our GitHub organization. Since then, we've had over a dozen contributions from multiple authors.
We're just getting started, and we can't wait to see your ideas come to life for the whole world to see!
