What's Next?

We’re taking support to the next level. Starting November 16, 2020, you’ll notice an updated service request form and a handy new tool to help you track and easily update service requests (SRs).

What can I expect from the updated service request form?

Give us the full picture so we can best help you. In the updated Ask a Question form, you’ll be able to attach files, plus select the category your request relates to so we can quickly pass it to the right team. You can also select the severity level of your service request so we know how urgent it is and can action it appropriately.

What can I expect from the new tool?

We think you’ll be excited to try our new tool; the Aconex and Conject Support Portal. If you choose to use it, you’ll create, update, and track your requests in one place, plus admins will be able to view requests for their entire organization.

If you request support frequently, or manage a large team using Aconex, Conject, BidContender or Keystone, this will provide features to make the process easier and more efficient.

The tool will allow you to:

  • Easily create new service requests for Aconex, Conject, BidContender and Keystone products in one place
  • Monitor and update your requests 24 x 7
  • View service requests for your entire organization if you’re an admin.

Will I still be able to call and email the support team?

Support Central can continue to be your go-to destination for how-to guides, online learning, and access to the service request form. Starting November 16, you’ll submit a service request using the Ask a Question form or get in touch by calling us (using the same numbers). You won’t be able to send new requests via email; however, you’ll still be able to respond via email to add information or ask for updates.
