Greetings and a very happy New Year! Please see the important information below!
We’re Making it Easier to Manage Your Expertise!
We are excited to let you know that as of January 17, 2021, you will be able to view your Ongoing and Advanced Expertise Qualifier status on the Expertise Dashboard on the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) Competency Center.
Please note that within one year of publishing an Expertise, partners need to maintain both Initial and Ongoing Expertise Qualifiers in order to continue to access the Benefits associated with the Expertise.
If You Are Receiving This, Your Expertise May Soon Be Out of Compliance
For any Expertise that your company has had published for more than one year, the status will show as “Out of Compliance” on the Expertise Dashboard starting on January 17, 2021.
Don’t Worry! You Have a 90 Day Grace Period!
We truly value the investment you have made in attaining Expertise and are pleased to let you know that if your Expertise falls “Out of Compliance” you will have a 90-day grace period to take action. This will ensure that you have enough time to meet all current and Ongoing Expertise Qualifiers and can continue to access your Expertise Benefits. Please go to the OPN Expertise Catalog to review the specific requirements.
Please note that some Qualifiers will show up automatically as being met (i.e., surveys, resell transactions), however others will require you to upload specific information such as website listings and success stories. We have streamlined the process so you can upload directly to the Expertise Dashboard.
What’s the Impact to Your Company?
If any Qualifiers, including Ongoing Qualifiers, are not met within the 90-day “Out of Compliance” grace period, your Resell Rights and other associated Expertise Benefits will be discontinued and you will no longer be able to transact or promote your achievement until the Expertise is re-attained and re-published.
