Oracle’s new Aconex and Conject Support Portal for Aconex, Conject, BidContender, and Keystone users and the enhanced Ask a Question form is almost here. Both will be open for users to submit new Service Requests (SRs) on November 16, 2020, at 8 a.m. local time. Remember, you won’t be able to send new requests via email; however you’ll still be able to call us or create new SRs via the Ask a Question form without having to log in to the portal.

If you don’t plan to use the new portal, then there’s nothing else for you to do. Please continue to submit new SRs through the Ask a Question form in Support Central, which will be updated on November 16, 2020.

If you’d like to use the new portal and haven’t already created your Oracle account, follow the steps outlined below to get ready.

Steps to Access the Aconex and Conject Support Portal

Step 1: Create your Oracle account using the same email address you use to access the Aconex, Conject or BidContender application:

  • Complete all required fields, then click the Create Account button
  • An email will be sent to verify your email address
  • Click on the “Verify Email Address” button to complete the account creation process
  • If you already have an Oracle account with that same email address, then you’re ready to login.


Step 2: Login to the Oracle Aconex and Conject Support Portal

  • Once you have an Oracle account, no other account creation or activation is required
  • Please log in to make sure your account works and to ensure you are ready to use the portal

Step 3: The new portal is easy to use, although you may want to review the recorded training and training slides to ensure you’re ready to use the portal
