Revenue is a critical input for anlaysis. The OLAP & data mining components of OADM provide revenue analysis at multiple levels of detail. You can connect OADM to all existing revenue sources for completeness of the analysis. While tracking revenue, OADM also records your costs sources, so that you can calculate profit and margin.

OADM also provides the following advanced capabilities by leveraging the data mining and OLAP features of Oracle 11g Database:

    • Customer and Dealer Fraud Detection, including:
      • Dealer Commission fraud: high % of churn or “0-usage”
      • SIM Card Clone Fraud
  • OLAP
    • Revenue Cube: Contains revenue, debt and contract data for each organization, geography location, price package, customer class and time period. (ROLAP or MOLAP)
    • Revenue Forecast Cube: Provides projections of the Revenue Cube for planning with various forecast methods. (MOLAP only)
