During the registration process, you will be asked if you are employed by a government or public sector entity. This includes public higher education, government-owned utilities, and public university healthcare entities. If you answer affirmatively and once you have completed your registration, you will receive the compliance letter via email. This letter addresses the fair market value of the items being offered at the conference. You will need to submit this letter to your legal counsel, ethics officer or designated executive official for review and signature and return it to Oracle prior to the event.

Checks should be mailed along with the signed compliance letter and sent to Danielle Tarekere at the above address.
