Managed Service

The Managed Service Expertise identifies and recognizes partners who have the skills, tools, and processes to build, deploy, run, and manage Oracle Cloud Solutions (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) for their customers. In order to be considered eligible to achieve the Managed Service Expertise, a partner must achieve a Sell and Service Expertise in the same product family and in the same regional market. Once those Qualifiers have been met, you will be considered eligible to achieve the Managed Service Expertise.

Meeting Qualifiers below recognizes your company as having proficiency to provide Managed Services within the declared regional market of the Sell and Service Expertise.

Earn a Sell and a Service Expertise in the Same Product family and in the same regional market

Review the Expertise Catalog to determine the appropriate Sell and Service Expertise.

 

2 Demonstrated Managed Service Successes

Customer Satisfaction is a key pillar in the Modernized OPN Program. Demonstrated Managed Service Success is determined by the customer and recorded via the Customer Satisfaction Surveys, where a rating is calculated. Ratings reflect the customers' direct feedback of their overall implementation experience.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys ratings must be equal to 8 or above to qualify and are valid for 1 year.

 

Complete an annual Managed Services Audit

In order to attain (and retain) a Managed Service Expertise, partners must successfully complete an annual third-party audit. The purpose of the audit is to validate the capability to deliver managed services for Oracle Cloud Products. Each audit will review the company’s history and success of delivering managed services including customer success cases, company staffing, and operational processes supporting managed services.

Please note: The audit is conducted by independent third party auditor and audit fees are the responsibility of the partner

 

Cloud Solutions Provider Amendment to the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement

Partners will be required to execute a Cloud Solutions Provider Amendment to the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement which will allow purchasing of Cloud Services on behalf of the customer to create a complete Managed Service Offering.
