Managed Service

The Managed Service Expertise identifies and recognizes partners who have the skills, tools, and processes to build, deploy, run, and manage Oracle Cloud Solutions (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) for their customers. In order to be considered eligible to achieve the Managed Service Expertise, a partner must achieve a Sell and Service Expertise in the same product family and in the same regional market. Once those Qualifiers have been met, you will be considered eligible to achieve the Managed Service Expertise.

Meeting Qualifiers below recognizes your company as having proficiency to provide Managed Services within the declared regional market of the Sell and Service Expertise.

Oracle Cloud Expertise

Achieve and publish 1 Sell Expertise and 1 Service Expertise in the same product family and in the same regional market. Review the Expertise Catalog to determine the appropriate Sell and Service Expertise.

 

Customer Success

Customer Satisfaction Surveys for at least 2 customers under Managed Service contracts that yield a customer loyalty index greater than or equal to 8.

 

Audit

An annual Audit conducted by an independent auditor is required to attain and maintain an Oracle Managed Service Expertise. The Oracle Cloud Managed Service Expertise Audit Criteria is available to authorized OPN members.

 

Agreement Acceptance

Partners will be required to execute a Cloud Solutions Provider Amendment to the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement which will allow purchasing of Cloud Services on behalf of the customer.

 

 

Maintain Initial Qualifiers

Partner must maintain a sell and service expertise in the same product family and in the same regional market. (*The number of successfully managed customers under contract will be applied to the Ongoing Sell requirements in lieu of Resell Transactions)
