The Oracle Service Cloud Specialization recognizes partner organizations that are proficient in selling, implementing and/or developing Oracle Service Cloud solutions.

Oracle Service Cloud helps deliver exceptional customer experiences (CX) across the web, social networks and contact centers, all delivered via the cloud. Topics covered in this Specialization include: Market Trends and Drivers, Answer Management Administration, Product Area Features and Functions, Site Configuration and Administration, Analytics, Requirements Gathering and Discovery, Oracle Support site Features and Functionality, Oracle infrastructure and environment requirements.

Oracle partners who achieve this Specialization are differentiated in the marketplace through proven expertise in Oracle Service Cloud.
