Partners are required to submit the Oracle Cloud MSP Self-Assessment Checklist for review, which includes providing evidence of:
Automation tools with API level integration with Oracle IaaS and PaaS for provisioning, orchestration, managing, monitoring.
Ability to provide managed services for customers with Oracle and non-Oracle workloads on the Oracle Cloud Platform through documented processes, expertise, Oracle Cloud specific assets and APIs.
In addition to using the Cloud MSP Self-Assessment Checklist for the initial assessment of partner capabilities, the same checklist should be used to prepare and track readiness for the required 3rd Party Audit as it provides guidance on what will be required during the Audit.
Agree to the terms of one (1) of the following:
Managed Services Provider Amendment to the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement
Managed Services Provider Schedule to the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement Addendum to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Master Distribution Agreement
With your notification of Technical Self-Assessment Checklist approval, you will receive guidance regarding execution of the above agreements.
Transact MSP Business
Once approved to transact business as an Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider, you will place your orders through the Oracle Partner Store.
If you need to place an order offline, please download the MSP Order Form and follow the instructions to complete and send in the form to begin the ordering process.
Your Ordering Document will need to indicate the specified end-customer for which you are providing the managed services. Guidance will be provided as you place your orders.
