Steve Miranda is executive vice president of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications product development. He is responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, product development, and product delivery for the entire portfolio of Oracle Applications and related services. Steve’s primary focus is on delivering the industry’s most complete, proven, and innovative set of cloud solutions encompassing enterprise resource planning; supply chain, human capital, and enterprise performance management; and advertising and customer experience applications.
Steve joined Oracle in 1992 and has held a variety of leadership positions within the development organization. In 2007, he was asked to lead the engineering of Oracle’s next-generation suite of software applications, Oracle Fusion Applications. Under his leadership, Oracle has delivered on its promise to help applications customers innovate and remain competitive while leveraging their existing IT investments and increasing the value of those investments with new Oracle products and services.
Prior to Oracle, Miranda worked at GE Aerospace. He holds degrees in mathematics and computational sciences from Stanford University.
T.K. Anand is senior vice president of product development at Oracle, reporting to Executive Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison. He is responsible for the Oracle Analytics product strategy and portfolio which includes Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Oracle Analytics for Applications, and the operational reporting capabilities within the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for ERP, human capital management, supply chain management, and advertising and customer experience.
Prior to joining Oracle in 2018, T.K. spent more than 20 years at Microsoft Corporation working on a number of products and services including SQL Server, Power BI, Azure data services, and Excel. Most recently, he was general manager and partner director of engineering in the cloud and AI division at Microsoft where was responsible for business intelligence products including Power BI and SQL Server analysis and reporting services.
T.K. has a bachelor of technology degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also has a master of science degree in computer science from the University of Toronto, Canada where his research focused on database systems.
Chandana Gopal is research director for IDC’s Future of Intelligence market research and advisory practice. Her core research covers factors that influence enterprise intelligence including technologies such as artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and data intelligence and cultural elements such as data literacy and knowledge sharing. Based on her background in integration and analytics, her research emphasizes how organizations can build enterprise intelligence and use it as a competitive differentiator and growth accelerator.
Chandana has been an analyst IDC for several years. Initially, she covered CRM applications, but, more recently, her work has been in integration middleware covering markets such as API management, file sync and share, and B2B integration. Her research specialty includes detailed technical evaluations driven by her prior experience at Deloitte Consulting and Wipro Information Systems where she focused on software implementations and business strategy development.
Chandana holds a BS in electrical and electronics engineering from Mysore University in India as well as an MBA in information systems from Boston College. She is a frequent speaker, presenter, and moderator at industry conferences and at events for women in technology. Chandana also contributes regularly to media outlets such as CNBC and vendor press releases.
Tom Cullen is currently the CIO at CORSAIR. He leads the gaming company’s digital technology transformation strategy, including leveraging Oracle Fusion Applications to enable global business. Prior to joining CORSAIR, Tom was the CIO at JUUL Labs where he led hypergrowth scaling and transformation of the global information technology, ecommerce, cyber security, and data organizations. He has also held CIO positions at Driscoll’s and Peet’s Coffee & Tea where he led technology transformations and growth strategies. Tom has more than 25 years of technology and operations leadership experience spanning multiple industries including consumer product goods, digital entertainment, gaming, and ecommerce.
Jane Boyer is vice president of human resource information systems (HRIS) at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), a US$23 billion world-renowned health care provider and insurer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is responsible for leading all aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), Taleo, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, and other HR-related technologies for this 92,000-employee organization.
After joining UPMC in 1990, Jane served in various roles in human resources, compensation, and HRIS during her 30-year tenure. She was a key member of the team involved in the decision to move to Oracle Cloud HCM.
Jane received a Bachelor of Science in international business from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in public management from Carnegie Mellon University. Jane also serves as a chairperson for the Healthcare Industry User Group’s Cloud Applications Community.
John L. Galley is the senior vice president and CHRO at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). He serves as chairman of the board of directors of EBenefits Solutions, a subsidiary of UPMC. John has 31 years of experience in HR, working in the steel, retail, global technology, and healthcare industries with responsibilities relating to strategic initiatives in both the corporate HR and finance areas. John holds a BS in business administration from Duquesne University with a major in accounting and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. He is a Certified Treasury Management Analyst and has earned various designations under the Certified Employee benefits Specialist (CEBS) program.
As a vice president at Oracle, Joey Fitts leads the Oracle Analytics product strategy team with a charter to drive success across the entire Oracle Analytics community of customers, partners, analysts, and Oracle teams.
