Resell Criteria: Oracle 1-Click Products

As an OPN Member you are eligible to resell the Oracle 1-Click products, as well as a limited selection of Oracle hardware products, offering you a unique ability to immediately open new markets and create new sales opportunities.

If you are a Member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork with a valid Master Distribution Agreement and Full Use Distribution Addendum to the MDA and Full Use Distribution Addendum to the MDA or equivalent distribution terms* and/or Application Specific Full Use Distribution Addendum to the MDA or equivalent distribution terms**, you may distribute the programs that have been identified as available for resale within the 1-Click Products List (PDF).

Partners interested in reselling Oracle 1-Click products to public sector end users are required to execute the public sector addendum. Please check out "How to Resell Oracle On-Premises Software and/or Hardware to Public Sector Entities" for more information.

Partners who are looking to distribute Oracle 1-Click Products portfolio embedded with their solution under the terms of an Embedded Software License (ESL) Distribution Addendum to the MDA or equivalent distribution terms*** are required to enroll in the License & Hardware Track.

Review and apply for the Oracle Full Use Distribution Addendum to the MDA or Application Specific Full Use Distribution Addendum to the MDA.

Reselling Other Products

If you are member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork and would like to distribute programs that are not available in the Oracle 1-Click Products portfolio, you must meet the applicable resell criteria as outlined on the appropriate Sell Expertise within the Cloud Sell Track or License & Hardware Track. Also, by selecting the License & Hardware Track, you may also distribute the programs that have been identified as available for resale within the Oracle Base Portfolio without requiring an Expertise.
