Learn how best to engage top talent now, both externally and from within your ranks. Product leaders and customers discuss Oracle Taleo innovations and the Oracle Recruiting component of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Recruiting has changed drastically in the past year. New business challenges and shifts to how work gets done make it difficult to fill vacancies with the best possible candidates. Identifying and attracting top talent in a competitive job market demands a reimagined approach. At this event, you’ll learn how Oracle Taleo and Oracle Recruiting drive talent acquisition, promote internal mobility, and maximize the efficiency of remote recruiting.
Tune in to this discussion between product development leaders for Oracle Taleo and Oracle Recruiting. Chris Leone and Nagaraj Nadendla will address Oracle’s commitment to both platforms while offering insights into what each solution is best suited to do. Expect to hear about embedded innovation, the rationale for unified recruiting, and how to determine which solution best supports your organization’s goals.
While Oracle Taleo remains the right choice for some, many noteworthy customers have transitioned to an Oracle Cloud HCM solution. In this session, leaders from Macy’s, Hearst, and Equity Residential will share lessons learned from their transitions. They will also describe paths to enhance talent awareness, find ideal fit, drive internal mobility, simplify the IT ecosystem, and lower costs.
