SRACO is a construction, consulting, and facility maintenance conglomerate operating throughout Saudi Arabia with a focus on general contracting and commercial plant and facility maintenance. Its Contracting division directs its activities towards commercial general contracting and high-end government and semi-government projects. SRACO’s business activities were previously managed using various stand-alone on-premises applications and servers, making it difficult to provide management insights to enhance operations. The company decided to move to an integrated cloud platform to unify processes and increase transparency and project efficiency.

The implementation was conducted using a big bang approach, deploying all modules simultaneously while following Oracle best practices. The project was completed on time and within budget.
