He is also a founder of the Start (IT) project (free programming software for comprehensive schools). M. Jegorovs has been awarded the Cross of Recognition (2018; Grade III). He is a Member of the Advisory Board of Riga Technical University and Chairman of the Foundation for an Open Society DOTS. M. Jegorovs has graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science of the University of Latvia and is an Honorary Member of the University of Latvia and President of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Computer Science of the University of Latvia.

Diana leads Business Development for Oracle Systems and Cloud Systems across EMEA. Her main responsibilities are the definition and prioritization of key sales initiatives supporting Oracle’s GTM Strategy acting as a regional evangelist to drive faster and successful System and Cloud Systems adoption with our customers. Diana leads a team of more than 25 Sr. Architects and Sr. Business Development Directors.

Diana joined Oracle in 1998 and since then she has held many different roles in sales and business development organizations for different solutions of the Oracle portfolio, segments of the market and industries in EMEA and North America. Some of her great achievements at Oracle include the introduction of Oracle Engineered Systems and Cloud at Customer in EMEA, the definition and implementation of the first only-channel-driven territory in North America or the rollout of the new cloud sales GTM for Oracle Cloud Sales.
