Scott Davis is a Principal Engineer with ThoughtWorks, where he focuses on leading-edge / innovative / emerging / non-traditional aspects of web development. This includes serverless web apps, mobile web apps (Responsive PWAs), HTML5-based SmartTV apps, Conversational UIs (like Siri and Alexa), and using web technologies to build IoT solutions.

Don't miss the opportunity to get close to the technology in our hands-on labs held on March 26 & 27. On Wednesday, March 26th, attendees can stop by the Hands-on Lab room to experience the power of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

  • Experiment with more than 25 different labs; from Creating Cloud Storage to Deploying Container Engine for Kubernetes.
  • The labs also range in complexity from Introductory to Advanced.

A number of industry-leading partner tools-such as Ansible and Symantec's Control Compliance Suite are also available to explore.

On Thursday March 27, there will be three two hour labs focused on developers. You will need to bring your laptops to participate in these labs. These are:
