How do I reset my password?
Use the Password Reset Tool. Note there is also a link to the Password Reset on the sign-in page.

How do I change the e-mail address on my Profile?
You can update the e-mail address on your account by logging in and clicking on the "Change E-mail" link in the top right corner.

Important things to note before making a change to your e-mail address:
Before you change your e-mail address, here's a few important things you will need to know:

  • The new e-mail address will become the username for your account.
  • If the account you have been using is tied to an e-mail distribution list used by multiple people you will want to create your own individual accounts.  Keep in mind that anyone who logs in with that account has the ability to change the e-mail address and password and therefore lock all other user’s out.  We strongly discourage using shared accounts.  When logging in to use a service, post to forums or conduct other business it’s best to create your own individual account.

    What can I do with software downloaded from OTN?
    All software downloads are free, and most come with a Developer License that allows you to use full versions of the products at no charge while developing and prototyping your applications, or for strictly self-educational purposes. (Unless otherwise specified, our technical support organization will not provide technical support, phone support, or updates to you for the programs licensed under this agreement.) You can buy products with full-use licenses at any time from the online Store or from your sales representative.

    How can I ensure the stability of the software download process?
    Please try the following:

    • If you are having trouble connecting or completing a download, please try using the GetRight download manager, which allows you to easily download files and recover (resume downloading) if errors occur.
    • If downloading through a firewall or proxy server, contact your system administrator to make sure downloads are allowed through the firewall and that your system is configured properly to allow downloads.
    • Wait, then try it again! Intermittent problems are common on the Internet for a variety of reasons. You may have better luck if you close your browser completely, wait a while, restart your browser, then try again from the beginning.
    • Try using a different browser.
    • Try downloading during off-peak hours.

    How do I remove myself from your mailing list?

    In your Account Profile, check the "I do not wish to receive any marketing e-mails from Oracle" box.

    I have a question that is not answered here. Is there a "customer service" email address?
