Oracle Internet of Things (IoT) Cloud Service Client Software enables you to connect devices in your IoT network --from simple sensors to complex programmable devices-- to the cloud.

Oracle's Client Software provides a simple and flexible solution for a variety of use cases:

• Connect programmable devices directly to Oracle IoT Cloud Service with the Oracle IoT Cloud Service Client Software Libraries
• Connect devices through a gateway device running the Oracle IoT Cloud Service Gateway software or a Client Software Library
• Monitor and control devices in your IoT network through a mobile device or PC connected to Oracle IoT Cloud Service through a Client Software Library

Alternatively, Oracle provides a REST API specification that you can use to develop and support your own client connectivity software.
