VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019
EICS provides a retailer a single point to source information in inventory positions across the enterprise for it's items. This is achieved through several APIs that allow integration with a merchandizing system, POS, warehouse application and supplier. Specifically, EICS tracks shipping, receiving, purchase orders, stock count and customer order fulfillment information through its APIs. These APIs have the ability to have business rules applied to them which can be setup in the EICS UI.
This VPAT applies to only version 19.2. It does not apply to any versions of Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service (EICS) after this. This VPAT has been superseded by Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service (EICS) 23.1.101.
All training and materials provided by OU (Oracle University) and the RLS are excluded from this ACR.
