Oracle Field Service empowers field employees with browser-based and mobile apps for Android and iOS to drive productivity with instant access to accurate information. Allows mobile employees to view their daily schedule with current, pending and completed jobs visible on a single screen. It also provides field managers with a real-time, holistic view of field-service operations, and allows them to track resources, view in-progress, completed, and future service calls, and to intervene when jobs are in jeopardy of missing SLAs.
