Cormac Watters is executive vice president of applications for Oracle in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), responsible for cloud strategy and growth of the applications business across the region. Cormac believes having supportive and collaborative teams is central to a business’s success—and that the power of cloud technology can transform everything around us. He also believes that earning customers’ trust is key to helping them achieve and exceed their goals while unlocking value with technologies such as analytics, AI, and machine learning. Cormac strives to lead by example with energy, passion, and professionalism, and he believes that sharing knowledge—whether as a leader, teacher, or speaker—helps him keep growing each day.

Executive Vice President, Oracle Applications Development

Chris Leone is executive vice president of development for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management. He also oversees the AI team within the applications division, reinforcing Oracle's dedication to harnessing artificial intelligence for advanced solutions.

For more than 25 years, Chris has honed his expertise in developing enterprise software applications. He has been recognised as a tech influencer, a testament to his valuable contributions and industry knowledge. His leadership continues to empower organizations to unlock their full potential in the cloud.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Executive Vice President, Database Engineering, Oracle

Hasan Rizvi is executive vice president of Database Engineering at Oracle. He has previously worked as an engineer in the Database Team, led the development of Database Management capabilities, and led the Fusion Middleware product organization at Oracle. He has started multiple companies developing enterprise software. He holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Executive Vice President, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Mahesh serves as the executive vice president at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), overseeing the development of core infrastructure services that include hardware, supply chain, data center, computation, networking, and storage. His team is committed to building a distributed cloud infrastructure providing a comprehensive, high-performance cloud computing environment. Their primary goal is to enable customers to innovate, scale efficiently, and manage costs effectively. Mahesh played a crucial role in the 2016 launch of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. He was instrumental in strategic planning and supervised the launch of various products related to security, application development, computing, databases, and big data services. Additionally, he was key in forming partnerships with Microsoft and VMware. Before his current role, Mahesh was the executive vice president for Oracle's security and developer platform. In this position, he led a team focused on developing security and observability products, cloud security measures, privacy solutions, compliance features, and services designed for developing cloud native applications.
