Rob Tarkoff joined Oracle in 2018 to lead Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud product and strategy across marketing, sales, commerce, and service. His goal is to build products that help companies succeed in the Experience Economy.
Tarkoff spent the last 15 years focused on the customer experience, developing products for both large and early-stage companies. Most recently, as president and CEO of Lithium Technologies, he created the leading software in online communities. Prior to that, Tarkoff ran the Digital Enterprise business for Adobe.
Tarkoff holds a BA in political economy from Amherst College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
Alistair Galbraith is a highly technical storyteller. He loves working directly with customers and partners to architect and demonstrate solutions to problems they thought unsolvable, and inspire creative ways to engage their customers to provide a more delightful customer experience.
At Oracle he leads a small team of creative product managers, developers, and designers to highlight the art of the possible between Oracle’s CX solutions. He is a 20 year veteran of the CX space, holding development, delivery and strategy roles at various solution leaders before being acquired by Oracle in 2010. He holds a BSc. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Essex.
Katrina Gosek strives to build and lead business-aligned, results-oriented teams that drive all things go-to-market, from bringing emerging products to life to innovating on mature and established product lines. Nearly 20 years in the customer experience arena have exposed her to the needs of many industries and diverse business models. At Oracle, Katrina leads portfolio strategy for Oracle CX Sales and Commerce applications within product development where she helps define and hone in on key market opportunities, sales and marketing execution, and brand positioning.
Holly Simmons is vice president of outbound product management for Oracle CX Marketing and Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform. She is an industry veteran with experience in marketing, product development, and professional services for cloud solutions serving enterprises and consumers. Holly has held senior leadership roles in marketing at ServiceNow as well as global audience and product marketing roles at SAP for service, IT, sales, marketing, HR, operations, and supply chain. She also brings experience from four startups, her own consulting business, and other established companies including Apple and Knight Ridder. A published author on enterprise architecture and CIO best practices, Holly holds a BS in engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Jeff Wartgow and his team are currently on a mission to predict the future, working with customers, partners, and developers to determine what technologies will deliver the next generation of service. Previously, Jeff was with TOA Technologies (acquired by Oracle) where he served as vice president of product marketing and also spearheaded relationships with all device, integration, service, and technology partners as vice president of channels and alliances. He spent two and a half years as a director at FTI Consulting in San Francisco where he developed the company’s first formal partner program. Jeff also served seven years with Dell managing strategic alliances for EMEA; the New Partner Evaluation program; and the competitive intelligence team for enterprise products. With more than 15 years of experience in diverse roles across the technology industry, Jeffrey is an expert on mobility, predictive analytics, big data, enterprise cloud computing, technology ecosystems, partnerships and integrations, and the dynamic relationship between hardware, software, and services in enterprise IT architecture.
Derek Wise if the Chief Product Officer at Oracle Advertising responsible for taking to best in class acquisitions of Addthis, BlueKai, Crosswise, Datalogix, Grapeshot, and Moat to make Advertising effective, safe, and simple to implement.
Derek has a wide set of highly technical experiences in online games, medical research, cloud hosting, and security solutions as a CTO or CPO for the past 15 years. Derek most recently led the technology and product teams at Grapeshot to great success that culminated in the acquisition by Oracle.
