Regis Louis is Vice President of Cloud Strategy and OCI Center of Excellence for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). After working for 20 years in the Oracle product development organization, he is now responsible for driving adoption of Oracle Cloud Platform (OCI) in the largest enterprises in the EMEA region. The members of his team serve as conduits of Oracle OCI engineering to the regional ecosystem spanning the multiple products and solution areas in the Oracle Cloud Platform portfolio including Core Infrastructure, Cloud-native application development, Data management, Integration, Security, Analytics, and many other emerging Cloud technologies.

Regis Louis joined Oracle in 1994 and has held multiple positions as a technical architect in the field and in product development in France and in the United States at Oracle Headquarters. Regis holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration and a master’s degree in computer science.

Clay Magouyrk is executive vice president of engineering for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. He is responsible for engineering and technical operations for Oracle’s enterprise-focused infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform and focuses on service delivery for an expanding product portfolio including compute, storage, networking, edge, and containers.

Clay is a founding team member of Oracle’s cloud engineering development center in Seattle, tasked with building and deploying Oracle’s next-generation cloud infrastructure. He now leads a team of thousands of cloud engineers focused on supporting customers’ most mission-critical workloads via best-of-breed products and solutions.

Prior to joining Oracle in 2014, Clay spent four years as a senior engineer at Amazon and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Before that, he spent two years at Hilton Hotels in engineering. His experience has been focused on highly secure, reliable, performance-based systems. Clay holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Memphis.

Tomoshiro Takemoto is senior executive managing director and the head of IT platform services at Nomura Research Institute (NRI). Providing secure and reliable access to IT platform services and state-of-art technologies are his highest priorities. As enterprise systems become larger and more complex, IT infrastructure becomes more and more crucial. Under his direction, NRI provides sound IT platforms by strategically incorporating advanced technologies.

Sanjib HomChaudhuri is the senior director responsible for product strategy and management of Oracle Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer offerings. These products bring the full range of public cloud offerings to customers’ on-premises datacenters.

For more than 25 years, Sanjib has served in product leadership roles at Cisco, Brocade, Extreme Networks, and two startups that he cofounded. At Cisco, he led a multibillion dollar portfolio and repositioned it for success in cloud markets. At Brocade, he grew the datacenter switching business from incubation to a top-three position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. At Extreme Networks, he led the development of multiple, industry-first products in 1G, 10G, and 100G networking markets. Outside of the networking and cloud areas, Sanjib cofounded Cancun Systems offering big data and multicloud products that won a key startup award in 2016. He also cofounded RoverEye that built a visual computing platform to accelerate business processes using image recognition.

Sanjib holds a patent on private VLAN technology and is the author of Cisco Systems’ RFC 5517. He holds a BS in electronics engineering, an MBA in finance, and has completed the Chief Product Officer certification at Stanford University.

Dan Itkis is a senior product manager for Oracle Roving Edge Infrastructure, a cloud-integrated service that extends the power of cloud beyond the data center allowing organizations to run selected cloud capabilities in remote and austere environments. Dan has been managing and bringing to market sophisticated, high-impact technology products for the past 15 years and has extensive engineering and product management background in the areas of cloud computing, identity and access management, and high-performance servers.

Douglas Mortensen is the leader of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) product development for the Telecommunications industry. In his role Doug is responsible for managing product development and customer engagement with communications service providers and network equipment providers. At Oracle, before leading the OCI Telecommunications team, Douglas was responsible for OCI’s edge computing service and launched Oracle Roving Edge Infrastructure. Prior to joining Oracle, Douglas worked at Amazon, where he led international expansion efforts for Alexa Music and built the compliance onboarding program for Amazon Web Services. Earlier in his career, Douglas worked as a software and hardware engineer where he developed custom full stack systems for a variety of customers.

Krishnakumar Srinivasan is the senior director of product management for Oracle Private Cloud Appliance and Oracle Private Cloud at Customer. His areas of focus and influence are application modernization, digital business transformation, and cloud native and hybrid clouds. Krishna has more than 20 years of experience in product management, design, and development for cloud-enabled, converged infrastructures, cloud management software, IaaS, and PaaS.
