Why Order Line Details shows Availability Status "Delay of 700 days" ?

We are implementing Oracle Fusion Order Management with Global Order Promising R13.


On Sales Order, under shipments tab, in Order Line Details it shows availability status  as "Delay of 700 days"


From where it is taking this figure 700 days? How can we change these number of days?
