Last month, we launched our new “Partner Success in Action” quarterly webinar series, which is designed to help you, our partner community, drive greater joint customer success and business momentum.
In our inaugural session, I discussed how we used partner feedback to prepare for the next frontier of our partnership and both win more and drive more customer success together. Oracle’s enhanced partner program has been restructured to give you more of what you asked for—more flexibility in how you engage with Oracle and a wide range of high-value benefits and incentives to help you succeed.
As an example, at Level 1 (expected to be available for enrollment in March 2025), we put you on a path of accelerating your business momentum and driving customer success, starting with a set of advanced delivery and success training and dev/test environments that we provide right out of the gate. We also provide a robust set of benefits that span training and enablement, go-to-market (GTM) collaboration, technical accelerators, and success support. At this level, you will be fully sales ready, have the support of Oracle’s powerhouse to expand your reach and drive business momentum, and have the essential training and resources for driving customer success.
Beyond these benefits, you will be able to earn either monetary incentives OR Oracle Partner Credits for even more benefits. In other words, when you help us drive revenue, you’ll have a choice. You can either take monetary incentives—as you do today for helping us win new business and drive consumption—or you can get paid through Oracle Partner Credits, which provide an opportunity for increased rewards, with the added benefit of getting paid at a sooner date and at a higher rate. With Oracle Partner Credits, you can unlock additional benefits right away, such as more training, more dev/test environments, and more opportunities to promote your solutions and services with Oracle, as well as other benefits such as access to solution architect and migration services, Partner Success Managers, and Partner Technical Account Managers.
At Level 2 (expected to be available for enrollment in March 2025), we provide even more to help you go further and faster, including more in-depth delivery and success training right out of the gate, as well as a bucket of Oracle Partner Credits upon sign up so you can immediately begin to leverage the entire menu of benefits. You will also benefit from managed regional GTM collaboration to help facilitate and accelerate our joint business momentum, and you will continue to earn monetary incentives or Oracle Partner Credits when you help us drive revenue.
At Level 3 (currently available for enrollment), we’re investing even more in your organization’s growth and success. Here you get even more training, plus additional Oracle Partner Credits right when you sign up, which enables you to take advantage of the robust set of benefits right away. You also get managed global GTM collaboration, where we name specific individuals on our Marketing and Sales teams to align with your organization on business plans and drive joint activities from lead generation to deal close.
