Andreas Perneby är idag Marketing Automation ansvarig på Klarna. Han är en av de få i Sverige som genomfört flera inplementationer av Marketing Automation från kundsidan. Bakgrunden är att han har varit ansvarig, köpt in och implementerat Marketing Automation både på Klarna och Tieto med olika plattformar. Idag arbetar Klarna med Oracle Marketing Cloud och Eloqua

To facilitate the talent and financials processes Profource has chosen as an early adaptor to work with Oracle’s latest generation of HCM & ERP Cloud Applications.
Berry has a degree in business administration and polytechnics, is 47 years old and his family with 2 children keep him alive and energized.

Chris Herbert Chris Herbert

Chris is Associate Director at CEB, and currently serves on the CEB Customer Contact Leadership Council’s research and advisory team. Chris advises senior executives & their teams in the UK, European and South African, for both B2C and B2B organisations. He provides advice for executives across a number of critical decision areas, including: customer experience, talent development, multi-channel strategy and customer loyalty. Since joining CEB in 2006, Chris lead the Annual Operational Cost, Productivity and Quality Benchmarking before moving to Sales Product Support in the London office and now is an Executive Advisor for EMEA. Chris has presented at conferences on topics such as customer loyalty, the customer experience, talent management, self-service, issue resolution, and customer segmentation and is a frequent contributor on customer service topics on CEB’s sales and customer service blog. Prior to CEB, he worked in the call centre industry for a large payroll & HR outsourcing company in the hardware & software support centre and in their Workforce Management Reporting areas.
Chris received a Bachelor of Arts from the Colorado College and a Masters in Business Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Chris lives in London, UK.

During the last 3 years, Henry is responsible for defining Oracle’s HCM Strategy and Vision in the Benelux and Nordics region. Additionally, he represents Oracle’s overall Applications business in the Benelux region.

Henry’s primary focus is to support HR Leaders to increase productivity, accelerate business, lower costs and have real impact on their organization. Henry has more than 25 years experience in the Applications Software Industry, in various Sales, Sales Management and Leadership roles as well as a long history related to the HCM business and industry. Before joining Oracle, Henry has spent 7 years with Vantive & Peoplesoft, where he was leading PSFT’s CRM business across Asia Pacific. More recently, Henry spent 2 successful years at Oracle as the Senior Director Global BPO. Henry is a graduate of Insead, Fontainebleau.

In his current role Juhana is responsible for ICA’s online site for groceries.

Knut Frängsmyr joined Klarna in February 2012 as Chief Legal Officer, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO during 2014. Prior to joining Klarna, Knut has held positions in various international organizations including the Modern Times Group and Oracle. Originating from a background in law, Knut's role has expanded over time to encompass leading larger organizations within several different areas.

Knut has been acknowledged as one of the top super talents in the Swedish business society and is also nominated for the Manager of the Year Award in Sweden 2015. Besides his role in Klarna's management he has also served as board member of MORGAN, a Swedish trade organisation for the mobile content industry. Knut's academic background includes double Master degrees from Uppsala University and Stockholm University.

Matthew has worked at Oracle (formerly Siebel) for 12 years. As a Sales Consulting director, he was responsible for Oracle Marketing solutions across EMEA. In more recent years, he has held a global leadership role for Customer Experience (‘CX’) in Oracle’s Industries Business Unit, serving a number of industries including Retail, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Travel & Transport. He currently works in the Oracle Development organization, focusing on CX Strategy and Design.

Matthew has a deep interest in CX Design and Digital Disruption, with a focus on creating differentiated brands in the digital age. He is championing the adoption of Customer Journey Mapping across EMEA, a means of seeking new business value through creative adoption of Oracle solutions.

Prior to settling in the UK and entering the software industry, Matthew worked in France, Spain and the USA for 10 years in ‘hands-on’ marketing roles, primarily in the chemicals, textiles and fashion industries. He was educated at Oxford (MA) and his career began in the theatre.
