Managing Director, Oracle India
As Managing Director for Oracle India, Shailender is responsible for the growth of Oracle's business in India, increase Oracle's market share across all product lines and solutions, ensure customer satisfaction and drive Oracle's citizenship initiatives in the country. He also oversees new businesses such as the public sector unit, geo-expansion business unit (expansion into tier 2, tier 3 markets), key accounts programs and the cloud business. Prior to his current role, Shailender served as Group Vice President, Key Accounts Program and led this business into one of Oracle India's most successful programs. Under his leadership, the Key Accounts team became a significant contributor to Oracle India's overall revenue and a critical asset to Oracle India's growth strategy. He also successfully orchestrated a tightly integrated working model between the Line of Business leaders and Key Account Directors which resulted in high-profile transformational business for Oracle India. Previously, Mr. Kumar served as Vice President for Oracle India's Middleware business.
Before joining Oracle, Mr. Kumar was Managing Director at Quest Software and BEA Systems India Private Limited. In previous assignments, he has held senior positions at Microsoft India and IBM India. Mr. Kumar started his career with CMC Limited.

Mitesh Agarwal is the Vice President & CTO -Sales Consulting for Oracle India. In this role Mitesh provides technical leadership to customers, partners and Oracle India's sales consulting and sales teams. As Senior Vice President of Product Development for Oracle's Systems & Cloud management products, Mr. Ramamurthy is responsible for all aspects of product management, development, strategy and field enablement.
Prior to re-joining Oracle in Oct 2013, Mr. Ramamurthy was most recently an Entrepreneur in Residence at Trinity Ventures, a leading venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, he was the Chief Product & Technology Officer for LifeLock, a leader in identity theft protection, where he helped guide the company to a successful IPO in 2012. He brings 20+ years of experience leading technology vision, directing strategy & product development in both enterprise and consumer software. Prior to joining LifeLock, Mr. Ramamurthy served as the senior VP of product management and engineering for Gaia Online, a social gaming and community website. During his time there, he helped Gaia Online become one of the leaders in virtual goods and microtransactions.
Before working for Gaia Online, Mr. Ramamurthy was the VP of identity management and security products for Oracle. In the nine years before representing Oracle, Mr. Ramamurthy served as senior VP of products and technology at Oblix, an identity and access management company, whose products have been deployed by Fortune 500 companies to protect and secure mission-critical applications.
Prior to joining Oblix in 1996, Mr. Ramamurthy held senior technical and management positions at C*ATS Software, Mentor Graphics, and Verity. He holds an MS in computer engineering from Boston University and a BE in computer science and engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, in Madras, India.

Previously, Dan was CTO and Director of Strategy for the Web BU at Empirix, which he helped spin out and sell to Oracle in 2008.
