These Service Lists describe Sun service program offerings ("Services") available from Sun Microsystems or an affiliated company. When you purchase a Service, the applicable Service List is subject to your existing services agreement with Sun that governs the delivery of Services. If you do not have a services agreement with Sun that would govern the delivery of Services, then Sun's delivery of Services shall be governed by these terms. Sun is not obligated to perform the Services described in any Service List unless you have received an order confirmation from Sun accepting your purchase order or electronic order for the Services.
