Export to Excel

The Export to Excel button allows you to replicate the current view of results in the Results Browser in an Excel spreadsheet.

If you select certain cells before clicking on the button, only these cells will be copied into Excel (with the appropriate column headings). If no cells are selected, the whole of the viewable set of Results is copied.

The following preferences can be set for Excel export:

Maximum number of records to export
Export result headers
Open Excel after creating file

These options can all be accessed from Edit - Preferences under Export Results to Excel.
