The page also has a section called Permissions, which has the following fields (from top to bottom): Read-Only, Read-Write, Read-Only (All Users), and Read-Write (All Users). Beneath the Permissions section is the Offline section. This section has a single option called "Make this collection available when the client is offline." The checkbox for this option is selected by default.
