Drilling down from an incident report in the Fix-it-Fast Technicain mobile app opens the Details page. This page opens by default, meaning that the Details tab is selected at the top of the window. In addition to the Details tab, there is also a Directions tab and an Activity tab. This illustrations shows the Details page. It includes the description of the incident, such as "Furnace is broken" and the name, phone number, and address of the customer. The page also shows the priority of the incident (such as "High") and the Status (such as "Open"). The page also has an image of a customer sticker, that has a customer number, the model number, and a bar code.
