Oracle Content and Experience Cloud - Overview of the trial setup
process
Set up your account
1. Request a trial subscription
- Sign in to cloud.oracle.com.
Don't have an oracle.com account? Click here to sign up.
- Request a trial. When approved, you will get an activation email
titled:
Welcome to Oracle Cloud. Activate your trial.
2. Activate your trial
- Click Activate My Trial in the welcome email.
- You will then get an activation email titled:
Welcome to Oracle Cloud. Your trial is ready.
Set up your service
3. Set up your security
- Click the Go to Content and Experience Cloud link in the welcome email.
- Sign in using the details provided in the email, then change your
password and set up security when prompted.
4. Configure service settings
- Sign in to Oracle Content and Experience Cloud using the link in the
welcome email.
- Click your username at the top right corner and click Administration.
- Change configuration settings on the various administration pages, such as branding, user quota, upload restrictions, and so on.
5. Add or import users
- Sign in to My Services.
- Click Users > Users.
- Click Add to add a new user.
or
Click Import to add multiple users.
6. Assign roles to users
- Sign in to My Services.
- Click Users > Users.
- Click the Roles button next to the user account name and click Manage
Roles.
You're done!
