Getting started with Oracle Identity Cloud Service - Auditing users,
groups, and applications
Get user reports
1. Get the Successful Login Attempts report
- In the Identity Cloud Service console, expand the Navigation Drawer, and the click Reports.
- Click Successful Login Attempts. The report is
displayed.
- (Optional) Filter the data that appears in the report, or download a
PDF version of the report (by clicking Download Report).
2. Get the Unsuccessful Login Attempts report
- On the Successful Login Attempts page, click the
down arrow under Unsuccessful Login Attempts. The
report is displayed.
- (Optional) Filter the data that appears in the report, or download a
PDF version of the report (by clicking Download Report).
3. Get the Application Access report
- In the Identity Cloud Service console, expand the Navigation Drawer, click Reports, and then click Application
Access.
- (Optional) Filter the data that appears in the report, or download a
PDF version of the report (by clicking Download Report).
4. Get the Application Role Privileges report
- On the Application Access report page, click the
down arrow under Application Role Privileges.
- (Optional) Filter the data that appears in the report, or download a
PDF version of the report (by clicking Download Report).
Export users and groups
5. Export users
- In the Identity Cloud Service console, expand the Navigation Drawer, and then click Users.
- Click Export. Select Export All,
and then click Export Users.
- A new export job is initiated. Click the job ID number or click Jobs
and then the Job ID you want to review. Click View
Details.
- Click Download.
- Open the downloaded CSV file. This file contains information about the
users exported.
6. Export groups
- In the Identity Cloud Service console, expand the Navigation Drawer, and then click Groups.
- Click Export. Select Export All,
and then click Export Groups.
- A new export job is initiated. Click the job ID number or click Jobs
and then the Job ID you want to review. Click View
Details.
- Click Download.
- Open the downloaded CSV file. This file contains information about the
groups exported.
