service
Rebrand Oracle Identity Cloud Service
1. Customize the Sign In page
- In the Identity Cloud Service console, click the Navigation Drawer, click Settings,
and then click Branding (the picture icon on the Settings
menu).
- Select Custom Branding. In the Sign In Page
section, select a text language, and update the Company Name
and the Login Text.
- To verify the changes, click Preview Sign In.
- Return to the Branding page, click Save,
and then click Yes.
2. Modify the UI logo
- On the Branding page, scroll down to the Company
Logos section.
- To update the logo for the desktop and the mobile device on the sign
in page and the console page, click Upload for the
respective logo.
- Select the logo that you want to use and click Open.
- To verify the changes, click Preview Sign In and Preview
Console.
- Return to the Branding page, click Save,
and then click Yes.
3. Modify the email notification logo
- On the Branding page, scroll down to Email
Templates section.
- To update the email header and footer logos, click Upload.
- Select the logo that you want to use and click Open.
- Return to the Branding page, click Save,
and then click Yes.

4. Customize session settings
- In the Identity Cloud Service console, click the Navigation Drawer, click Settings,
and then click Session Settings (the icon of a user
with keys on the Settings menu).
- Update the the session timeout value (Session Expiry)
according to your preference.
- Enter the Logout URL that users will be redirected
to after signing out of the Oracle Identity Cloud Service UI.
- Click Save.

5. Customize the notification messages
- In the Identity Cloud Service console, click the Navigation Drawer, click Settings,
and then click Notifications (the mail icon on the Settings
menu).
- To enable email notifications, turn on Status.
- Click Configure, and select the notifications that
will be sent.
- To limit the number of recipients that will receive notifications,
click Recipients.
- Turn on Limited Recipients List and add the email
addresses for users who are to receive the notifications.
- Click Email Templates, and expand the notification
message you want to customize.
- To view the dynamic variables that can be included in the message,
click Email Variables.
- Click Save, and then click Yes.
Customize the password policy
6. Customize the password policy
- In the Identity Cloud Service console, click the Navigation Drawer, click Settings,
and then click Password Policy (the key icon on the Settings
menu).
- Click Change Your Password Policy.
- For the Password Policy Strength, click Custom.
- Update the password policy criteria according to your preferences, and
click Save.
- (Optional). In the Save Password Policy dialog
window, select the check box to force all users to set a new password
the next time they log in, if you wish to do so.
- Click OK.
7. Test the password policy
- In the Password Policy settings page, click Test
Your Password Policy.
- Enter a new password.
- In the Password Criteria box, verify how the new
password criteria is met.
- Close the Test Your Password Policy window.
