This illustration shows the New SSH Host windows. It contains the following fields:
Name: DBCS
Host: 		Port:22
Username: opc
Use key file (It's a checkbox option and is selected.)
There is a text field with the path of the private ssh key file next there is a Browse button.
Add a local port forward (It's a checkbox option and is selected.)
Name: Local
Host: localhost Port: 1521
Automatically assign local port (It's an option and is not selected.)
Use specific local port (It's an option and is selected.) 
At the bottom of the window there are three buttons: Help, OK, and Cancel.
